Training is a great way to increase staff productivity and reduce turn around, and because you know where your business is going and where improvements are required, our custom training packages are a great way to get your business moving in the way you want it to. Our custom built online training packages cover areas such as WHS, Customer Service skills, communication in the work place and manual handling, with our large scope the possibilities are endless.
What is User Choice*
The User Choice program provides a public funding contribution towards the cost of training and assessment services for eligible Queensland apprentices and trainees. This means if you or your apprentice/ trainee are eligible the Queensland Government will contribute toward your qualification, lessening the burden of cost to obtain your nationally recognised accredited certificate.
What is Certificate 3 Guarantee Program^
The Certificate 3 Guarantee Program has been introduced to help eligible individuals complete their first post-school certificate III qualification. This funding has been provided because it is considered an entry level qualification often needed to gain employment, it will also help develop skills in already employed individuals.
Foundation Skills Training (FSK)
FSK is a specialised skill set created to assist learners in improving their Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills. The skill set is comprised of 6 Units of competency and conducted in a small classroom environment with a dedicated trainer providing one-on-one assistance. The course will empower the learner with skills that will help them either gain employment or provide a pathway to further Vocational Studies. (Units: FSKDIG03, FSKLRG11, FSKNUM14, FSKOCM07, FSKRDG10 and FSKWTG09)
We also have provide the most user friendly RPL services available anywhere in Australia utilising technology to minimise paperwork and disruption to business in capturing evidence of your existing skills, knowledge and experience which we formally recognise with industry qualifications.
